Translation order processing and Payment Information.

Translation Ordering Process

Send us your documents or communication material. You may send in your information using any of the following methods: 

  1. Fax
  2. E-mail
  3. Standard Correspondence (USPS, UPS, etc.)
  4. Audio Cassette or other audio material.  (MP3 File, Real One, etc.)

Quote Preparation

  1. We prepare a free and no-obligation personalized quote for the communication material that you need translated.  The quote is immediately sent to you using any of the above mentioned methods, preferred by you.

Quote Approval:
  1. Once you approve our quote, we will establish the delivery date and time according to your needs and we start working on your translation immediately. 

Translation Method:
  1. We implement the following factors when translating all documents and communications:  format, spelling and grammar, culture and tradition of the language in which we are translating to (english or spanish).

Proofreading and Editing:
  1. Once your translation is completed, we transfer the work to our editor who carefully proof-reads and edits any grammatical, spelling or concordance error that may occur while translating.

Delivery of Translation:
  1. The final product is sent to you using the method of your preference.  The copy of your product may be imprinted on paper or delivered in a floppy disk  (3 1/2 Floppy A:) for your convenience.

Guaranteed Translation:
  1. Your translation is 100% guaranteed.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with any portion of your translation, you have 10 days to completely revise it and we will correct all or any portion of it at no additional cost to you

Returns & Cancellations

Our cancellation policy varies according to the delivery date & time established for your order. 
  1. Next day delivery:  Cancellations must be notified two hours after the order has been placed.
  2. One week or more delivery:  Cancellations must be notified 72 hours after order has been placed.
  3. One page document:  Cancellations must be notified two hours after the order has been placed.
  4. Multi-page document:  Cancellations must be notified 72 hours after the order has been placed.

Returns:
  1. We will gladly accept returns on any of our translations within 10 days of delivery date; exclusively with the purpose of correcting, editing or formatting any portion of the document. 

Payment Information

Payment Processing
  1. A 50% deposit is required upon the approval of our quote.  The remaining balance is due upon the delivery of your translation.

Payment Methods
  1. We gladly accept:  Business Checks & Money Orders.  Personal Checks are accepted only through direct electronic debit (Paypal).
